April 2009 - England / Wales - Cotswolds / Stratford-Upon-Avon

We went to two villages in the Cotswolds, Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold. Mallory was happy to see a store with her name on it.

The boys took turns tickling each others' feet in the stockades.

This might have been called Sheep Street - just a narrow alley.

We then went to Stratford-Upon-Avon, checked in to the B&B, and walked into the downtown area and did a walking tour, seeing some of the William Shakespeare sites around town. This is Nash's house.

And here's Shakespeare's birthplace.

After the tour we took a row boat out on the Avon river.

The kids each have such different ideas of how to pose for a photo of a Hamlet statue.

We ate dinner here by the narrow riverbarges parked in Stratford.
