After the trip to Prague, Heidi took Luke, Mallory, and Grant to Legoland. They went with a couple of other families from the school for a quick 2-day trip.

June 2010 - Prague

After school got out, we took a 3-day trip to Prague. Our first stop was the Strahov Monastery on castle hill. The library at this monastery is beautiful, but....

...we were much more impressed with the dried animals and birds in the hallway just outside the rooms with all the books.

The birds or fish or whatever they are had quite the facial expressions.

Our next stop was the Jewish quarter, including a visit to this cemetery.

We met our friends from Bonn at a Mexican restaurant for dinner.
