Photos: June 2009 - End of School Year

The end of the school year was busy, with tests (mainly Nash), field trips, and final performances. Here are a few photos from the month of June.
One evening we saw a hot air balloon floating high in the air, then noticed it getting lower and lower. It almost landed in the field at the end of our road.

Grant finished grade 5 and graduated from the primary school. They had a big ceremony and the headmaster handed out certificates.

Then they had some lunch and a party.

If you look closely, you'll see Grant and Luke in the cherry tree. Luke climbs to the very top of the tree and will stay for a while just eating cherries.

Mallory had a small speaking part in the primary school assembly one afternoon.

A few photos from Luke's class performance.

She is concentrating so hard. Its not as easy as it looks.

Nash, Grant, and Luke worked for several days turning this woodpile into a fort of some sort. I think only one of the boys ended up with a tick.
