We went to a really nice French restaurant last week. Here's a photo of our waiter, Pierre.
Small crocodile or lizard in the pool (we never consulted a herpetologist to confirm). As you can see it is about 12 to 15 inches long and dark green, but with some yellow spots or stripes. It only stayed there for a day or two before Nash and Kandar got him out with the net. We were told this is just a baby one, and that this particular variety grows up to several feet long.
