Nash and Grant spent plenty of time around the campfire whittling with their pocket knives.
There were rubber trees all over this campground - they each had a big section of bark scraped off, with a plastic bottle nailed to the tree to catch the rubber. It is sticky and gooey - the consistency of elmer's glue that has been sitting out for a couple of hours. Notice how they use a leaf to funnel the rubber from the tree into the bottle.
